St Patrick's Day deer

Okay so I jumped into Decorating for Easter I can't deny that. But I did also decorate for St Patrick's day so that counts too right? I feel like my style is tacky yet cute? Maybe modern yet crazy idk how others describe me lol would be interesting to hear people try lol. Or maybe I wouldn't even want to hear. O well I like it. I got these deer and my husband paid a lot and orginally I was only going to use for Christmas. Idk how I even started liking deer but decided to keep it out and decorate for every holiday. Maybe be cute!? Anyway here he is. I like to store junk in the bowl. I have another one too I'll post. Do you decorate for St Patrick's day too? Or just Easter? 

Crazy cat lady ginger bread cat box house

So I am a second generation of a crazy cat lady lol some of my best memories was making my cats box all decked out for the holidays :)

It always slowly gets destroyed, but all of my cats have always loved it! My son still loves to do this every year and this year's one is in the process :)

So far it's a big hit ;) make sure to follow my instagram for pictures to finished box!

Buttermilk falls Pennsylvania

Ok so any kind of storm, rain, sleet or snow I love to go out in. I think nature is amazing and such a wonder! Crazy what nature can really do! Any chance I get I pack the kids up and head out for a hike into nature!

Today we went to buttermilk falls. This is on 22 near blairsville pa. I know of a few buttermilk falls in Pennsylvania, but this one is the steepest! 45 foot long waterfall.

This one was  home of Fred Mcfeely (Mr Rodgers off of the PBS tv show)
You can still see the stone foundation of the house.

There are a few ways into the falls some short cut paths ( little steeper) or a slight slant pathway, that helps with different age groups who would like to get to the falls!

There is an observation deck when you get to the falls, there is also a path you can take to get directly behind the falls! I have done this many of times but today we didn't because of excessive flooding in our area.

Great place to visit! Step away from your phone/computer and go see something!

Our new faucet

So we just finished putting this new faucet into our kitchen :) I love the design of it, but my hubby wasn't sure of the hold up on this. It's a china piece... so we will see how the functionality of it will work out... hoping it works out good if not I will have to hear it from my hubby haha he wanted one from lowes. So we will see so far I love it!
